Palace Undersecretary Claire Castro called on Filipinos to take responsibility in addressing the country's flooding problem, saying the public should not put all the blame on the government, which she said has been doing its part through flood mitigation efforts.

Castro cited that some areas in CAMANAVA are no longer experiencing heavy flooding due to government flood-control projects under Oplan Kontra Baha. She stressed that addressing flooding requires both government action and community participation.
