00:14don't worry I'm a nerd I can say this. If you've never played this type of a game before like

00:19XCOM or a Marvel Midnight Suns then this might be right up your alley it's it's it's it's a very
00:25interesting take and I'm gonna load in a I'm gonna load in a campaign from Dantooine and so yeah
00:37look the basic premise is you know you're a ragtag group of not really rebels like a PMC or something
00:43but here we are in the game so there's other elements of this but you know when I say chess
00:48for Star Wars nerds this is kind of what I mean you present it with a battlefield zoom out here
00:52on this battlefield it's a little battlefield here this is about as big as it gets you know in
00:57this particular map and in this particular Dantooine map as you can see on the right here it says I
01:02gotta seize the assets I have to get someone to crack this safe this is my little team here this
01:09is a character I've created he kind of looks like Josh Brolin like a blondie Josh Brolin and these are
01:17some pre uh you know pre uh created characters that come with you you know your crew you can't
01:22change his last name he's Hawks he's known as Hawks and this is your accompanies your little crew
01:26and I'm I chose the long I chose the sniper you know he's kind of he can stay back and
01:30and lead from
01:31afar in safety so uh you can see there's lots of gunshots kind of coming at us that's just all
01:37background dressing um but yeah it is like a you know as I keep saying chess for Star Wars nerds

01:43have uh you have pieces you move those pieces um you know on a board as you can see it
01:49kind of
01:50locks in uh you can see some cover notifications there of how much this is going to be covering
01:55and then you can see as you you know a percentage of uh hit chance over there so 100%

02:02there and these guys aren't going to get me from up there and you can see here as well like

03:17moves at all uh he will fire cab will fire so let's move um blonde josh brolin sorry hawks
03:25let's put him here because we can actually fire uh and yeah let's fire we can also prepare a shot
03:34for accurate shooting but he's pretty accurate already so um I can't fire I don't have enough
03:41action points costs two apparently yeah it costs two damn okay well then I'll have him prepare

04:24effect bam so distracting and there's bad guys coming okay not great so let's go back to cab

04:43so we have some sort of we've got yeah let's get him on overwatch actually let's see if he can

05:03so we're gonna go fire I'm gonna select a target I can't even see the target from this angle
05:08it's not a great angle you know what let's just try got him uh and then mr blaster he could

05:22the way up here maybe but I kind of want to shoot this explosive thing let's fire on that
05:30because that's going to do some fun environmental damage boom there's some defense let's just move
05:37him up he's gonna move up and he's gonna fire at that dude and finish him off damn that's a

05:46okay and the other guy couldn't target him so that's why he didn't help um not great we'll send
05:50the a turn safe cracker is still happening is this kind of how this oh he's burning he's taking
05:56burning damage that's great for us so yeah we go through turns we hope not to die and we have

06:02control this zone make sure there's no bad guys in this zone it's not going great for me so far

06:16okay more guys coming so I think this is going to be endless reinforcements until we get this
