00:00Remember this guy who came in with huge cracks? In the corner here you can see
00:04what he looked like when he came in, when he left and when he came back about a
00:09month later. In my opinion the result is quite impressive. So we will repeat the
00:13procedure. To start I will use a cleansing foam. This is a special essential part of
00:18the procedure to refresh the heels and prepare the skin for treatment. Then I
00:23will use a soft hanging foam. Next using a pericure disc I begin the treatment.
00:29We remove the foam. It has already done its job and then I get rid of the top
00:34layer of skin to prepare the area for more precise treatment. It's important to
00:39open up the crack and clean it right along the walls because simply cleaning
00:44with an abrasive won't give the desired result. Here from the side I'm showing
00:48how my client is positioned. She is lying on her stomach and all the dust is being
00:53sucked into the extractor. We take a bit. I chose a drop shaped pedicure bit. With a
00:59drop shaped bit it's very convenient to open up and clean cracks precisely because
01:03of its shape. For more precise work I use this bit with a sharp tip and a blue band.
01:11I try to work through the crack completely but at the same time not damage the skin
01:16because it's important for us that the cracks heal. I use diamond bits from
01:21chemist company in my work and they've never let me down. They have a natural
01:25diamond coating. Please note that to make my work easier I use my other hand, meaning
01:31my left hand, with which I gently press on the crack so that it's easier for me to
01:36work with the bit. This way the cracks open up a little, the skin is
01:40stabilized and I have the opportunity to gently and carefully treat all the hard
01:46to reach parts of the cracks. Next I take a pedicure disc with a softer
01:50abrasive and go over the surface once more. After that we need to check how clean
01:55the area is. I took a cleansing spray which I poured into the spray bottle. It's
01:59more convenient for me this way or you can pour it into a regular spray bottle. I wipe
02:04everything with a wipe and admire the result. And again we apply our
02:08restorative balm for cracks. I apply it in a fairly generous layer. I do this when
02:12the cracks are deep. I carefully apply the balm using a spatula. Naturally after
02:17using the spatula on this heel I don't dip it back into the jar. Next I apply
02:22dressing so that the balm stays there for a while and of course I give the
02:25client some recommendations about not getting your feet wet today. Try to keep
02:30the dressing on until the next day but please write in the comments how you like
02:34the result. Have the cracks changed? Has the condition of your heels changed?
